Yianni joined Mavi Dance in July 2007.  Of Greek descent, beauty and passion have always been a part of his approach to life.  A firm believer in strength and expression from within, Yianni, known by some as “The Spartan,” is dedicated to pursuing the unknown, unmet, and enchanted aspects of life.  He is experienced in Greek folk dances and has become recognized for his lofty jumping skills.  In addition, he enjoys singing operatic melodies that complement his fervor for performing.  Apart from his dancing, Yianni has always been interested in learning the languages and traditions of the world’s cultures.  For Yianni, the art of physical abilities is a true sense of self-expression and fulfillment.
