“WAVES”
Originating in Turkey's rugged northeast, where verdant mountains meet the turbulent Black Sea, the steps in this dance evoke the movements of fish among the waves. This is a modern adaptation of the traditional dancing of the Laz ethnic minority, who have lived in this region since recorded history.l
